Assuming holding company to be established by the government, that controls the strategically important 54 mines, valuation of hold co. can be as high as US$ 186.6 billions... (according to L. Bold's comment, who has recently been in charge of mining industry at the government)
No idea about reliability of this number - who did this valuation, how and why - but it gives one interesting data point on the topic.
